  • Align the connector and push firmly until you hear or feel a click.
  • The dashcam will automatically power on when your ignition is turned on.

Cigarette Socket Connection (Optional):

  • If you’re using the supplied power cable, plug it into your 12V cigarette socket.
  • Connect the USB-C end to your dashcam.
  • The camera will power on when the vehicle is started.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: My dashcam isn’t powering on. What should I do?
A: Check that the quick-connect cable is firmly seated. If using the hardwire kit, confirm it’s connected to a switched fuse.

Q: The app can’t find my dashcam.
A: Ensure the dashcam Wi-Fi is turned on and your phone is connected to the “AZDOME_M300S_XXXX” network. Restart both devices if needed.

Q: How do I view or save footage?
A: Open the AZDOME app → Connect to dashcam → Go to “Album” to view or download files. You can also remove the SD card and insert it into a computer.

Q: Can I leave the dashcam connected all the time?
A: Yes. When hardwired, it’s safe to stay connected. The built-in low-voltage protection prevents battery drain.

Q: My dashcam says “Memory Card Error.”
A: Format the card in the dashcam settings. If the issue continues, try a new Class 10 or U3 microSD card (e.g. Samsung or SanDisk).
